The Brancaster Staithe and Deepdale Village Hall is a well equipped community centre available for use by members of the community, especially organisations of general interest to residents. The main hall is 96 square metres excluding the permanent stage which can be used for various purposes. The entrance hall at the front incorporates a small kitchen and cloakrooms, and to the rear there is a separate meeting room and store.
The facilities are available for hire for a small fee (typically from £10 to £50 depending on the time of year) which is reviewed annually and helps to cover the cost of maintenance. In addition to covering the running costs of the village hall the committee occasionally raises additional funding for improvements. For instance, in 2006 the driveway and parking area was tarred and gravelled, and this year the roof of the main hall will be renewed.
