This self contained Cottage
attached to the Old Stables is buried in the middle of Brancaster, in the lee
of the Old Rectory (Saint Mary's House), for which before conversion it served
as coach house and stables.This self contained Cottage attached to the Old

(Saint Mary's House), for which before conversion it served as coach house and
stables.
I provide secluded very
comfortable self catering Cottage accommodation with lawned garden for up to 4
people, plus a cot or put you up. There are two bedrooms, and a bathroom with
a power shower over the bath. A large first floor beamed living room with open
fire (logs provided), very comfortable sofas, tv and video. Dining area and
kitchen. The kitchen has a fridge, with separate freezer, electric stove,
microwave, kettle, toaster and Denbyware. Oil central heating to keep you snug
as bugs. Constant hot water. Washing machine in the Old Laundry, plus the
dreaded iron and ironing board.
Of course we provide sheets,
bathtowels, bathmat, tea towels but ask you nicely to bring your beach towels
and towel for the dog.

The cottage is available for hire
all year round. Short lets are available out of high season. Rates vary
through the year.

of the 3 bedrooms, two ensuite with good showers over the bath and one with
private bathroom three steps from the bedroom door. Please feel completely at
home and enjoy relaxing in our garden. Full English breakfast - or whatever
you fancy - Within reason! Diets can be catered for, but I would like a
modicum of notice if complicated.
Price B&B:
£30.00 per person per night sharing double room
£40.00 upwards for single occupancy
