A traditionally styled detached cottage having all the benefits of a peaceful location and picturesque views of open fields and wildlife! A short walk to the sailing harbour and sailing club, local pub 'Jolly Sailors Inn' and Brancaster (less than a mile away) with its popular sandy beach and Golf Course at Brancaster. 'Field Cottage' has an enclosed, south-facing patio and lawned garden (perfect suntrap). The living room with colour TV, video and stereo and attractive brick fireplace with electric log burning stove. Storage heater. Sliding door leads outside onto the patio and garden. The hallway has access to three bedrooms all fitted with pine furnishings:

One double bedroom: (12'x10') with wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside cabinets with lamps and wall-mounted heater. En-suite shower room. with fitted shower and separate washbasin and WC plus wall mounted heater. Twin bedroom: (12'x10') with two single beds plus wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside table and lamp plus wall mounted heater. Small bedroom: (9'x8') with sturdy, full size pine bunk beds. Bedside cabinet and reading lamp, chest of drawers and wall mounted heater. Kitchen: (12'x10') modern fitted kitchen/breakfast room with plenty of cupboards and storage space, dining table and chairs. Well-equipped; electric oven hob top cooker with extractor, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. Storage heater. Separate utility room (attached to garage) with automatic washing machine and tumble dryer. Family bathroom with bath and electric shower, washbasin and WC. Sorry, NO Pets or Smoking in the cottage.
