Itís easy! We want you to do something wild every day throughout June: thatís 30 simple, fun and exciting Random Acts of Wildness.
It might seem like a no-brainer, but the Wildlife Trusts have been working with the University of Derby to prove that spending time in nature is good for you. 30 Days Wild is all about taking a little bit of time every day to do something a little bit wild, so take the challenge and you might just find yourself feeling a little bit healthier, happier and wilder!
When you sign up for 30 Days Wild, youíll receive our pack of wild goodies, plus lots of ideas from your Wildlife Trust to inspire you to go wild. But you donít just have to do what we tell you: why not make up your own Random Acts of Wildness?
You can share all the things you do with us on social media using #30DaysWild along with thousands of other people taking part.
Itís so easy to bring a little bit of wild into your everyday life, so do something wild every day!
All Random Acts of Wildness can be done in your average week, mostly in your lunch hour or before or after work. They only take a few minutes, but weíve included some ideas for weekends, when you can completely lose yourself in nature.
All our lives are better if theyíre a bit wild
Some campaigns ask you for money. Others ask you to bake, grow a moustache or give up things that are bad for you. Well, weíre not asking for you to give us something and we donít want you to stop doing anything. All we want is for you to give yourself some time with nature.
When you sign up, youíll get a pack full of ideas, inspiration and information on local events and places you can explore. Youíll get emails throughout the month with links to things you can do near where you live, activities to inspire you and you can also join in with #30DaysWild or through blogging.
