A pop up restaurant to celebrate the new asparagus season
Pick your own asparagus, talk to the grower Algy Garrod. Watch as your aspagus is combined with local ingredients and foraged foods into an exquisite tasting experience by Chef Julian Briggs.
Also taste rare natural wines and a specially brewed beer for the occasion.
There will be a host of local food producers to talk to and answer questions.
Price: each dish £7 or have the full four courses for £25 by booking early
